Contracts

Estimated reading time: 1 min

When you send a proposal for a job, you are inviting the client to contract with you. When the client accepts your proposal (by clicking ‘Start Contract’), this will form a legally binding service contract based on the scope of services set out in the text of the proposal and the agreed milestones, which may also refer to the description of the project and any messages between you and the client.

Unless otherwise agreed between you and the client in writing, the service contract created between you and the client will be based on our Template Service Contract. You and the client are free to amend or replace our Template Service Contract, with certain limited restrictions described in our Terms of Use.

Please read our Terms of Use for complete information regarding working on GradSkills. The above is provided as a guide and does not amend or replace any terms contained therein.
